Myrtia Villas is an accommodation complex located at Divarata village in Kefalonia island. Three holiday villas with private pools and two apartments at a prime, central location in Kefalonia right above the world-famous Myrtos Beach.

Our story begins fifteen years ago, when a childhood dream came true. Beginning from two small holiday apartments, Myrtia Apartments, which were to become a landmark of exemplary hospitality on the island, reminding us of days of old, as our guests used to say, we came to realize that hospitality is part of our identity.
This year, after three years of feverish preparations, we present to you the three newly built residences, Myrtia Villas, made with our own special flair embodied in every corner of the place, made in our way. Here, affordable luxury meets magnificent scenery and unpretentious hospitality.
Myrtia Villas offers elegant, spacious accommodation in Kefalonia island in two well apointed holiday apartments and three newly built villas with private pool.
The apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests each. Two of the villas can accommodate up to four guests in two seperate bedrooms, while the third feautes one bedroom and can accommodate 2 guests.
Kefalonia, the largest of the Ionian islands, is a holiday destination of rare natural beauty. Boasting a coastline of 254 kilometers, Kefalonia is renowned for its amazing beaches with the turqoize crystal clear waters. Myrtos is the gem in the crown of the island shores, frequently voted as the top beach in the Mediterranean.
Myrtia villas, situated right above Myrtos beach, enjoys a central location in Kefalonia, thus is an ideal starting point to explore the island. The impressive caves of Melissani and Drogarati, the charming harbour of Saint Effimia, the cosmopolitan Fiscardo village and the imposing castle of Assos are all accesible through short scenic routes with amazing views.
